All images taken by or on behalf of Richard's Photography® remain the sole property of Richard Higham. Richard's Photography® retains the copyright for photographs unless there is a specific contractual agreement to the contrary.
It is an offence to copy or reproduce images without the express written consent of Richard's Photography®.
Unless otherwise specified, photographs supplied to a client following a photoshoot may be used as follows by the client:
These uses do not require attribution (although the client is welcome to do so if they wish).
Richard's Photography® may supply an image free-of-charge (for example a sample or complimentary photograph). Permission is granted to use the image subject to these conditions:
Images may not be sold to another person or business without the express written consent of Richard's Photography® (charges may apply).
All commercial use of photographs is not included in the standard photoshoot prices.

Clients wishing to use images for commercial purposes should contact Richard before the photoshoot to explain their requirements.
If a client wishes to use an image for commercial purposes after a photoshoot (where the use in question was not agreed in advance), permission from Richard's Photography® is required. Commercial use in these circumstances may involve making additional payment.
In certain circumstances (for example where an image is supplied to a charity or not-for-profit organisation) permission for commercial use of an image may be given without additional charges. In this instance, attribution is required (text should be included similar to 'Photography by Richard Higham, Richard's Photography © 2023: used by permission').
Richard's Photography® reserves the right to take action against copyright infringements.
