How a FREE Photoshoot Works
| 1. I can be selective regarding my choice of model; as I won’t require a deposit for a FREE photoshoot, I need to be assured that you are genuine and will turn up at the agreed place and time. (If I don’t know you, I may ask for a deposit, which will be refunded when you come to a shoot.) |
| 2. I can host at my house/studio or come to you or a neutral venue. |
| 3. I am happy to take fully clothed, boudoir/lingerie, fetish clothing and tasteful nude photographs. However, I do not take sexually graphic images. |
| 4. It is also a condition of the free photoshoot that you can do makeup to a reasonable standard or pay for a makeup artist if you normally wear makeup. Crossdressers and Trans Women: It is expected that you will wear makeup as part of the shoot. Non-binary Persons: If you are non-binary, it is up to you as to whether you wear makeup or not; we'd prefer you to wear makeup if this is how you normally present. Trans Men: It is expected that you won't be wearing makeup. |
| 5. I won’t be employing an assistant (as this is a paid extra), so there’ll be delays while equipment I moved, adjusted and set up or taken down. I may ask you to help with this. |
| 6. I may ask the model to help set up for the photo shoot and to take down, pack away and possibly clean after the shoot. |
| 7. Photos cannot be used for commercial purposes. |
| 8. The photos are supplied unbranded; however, where possible, I should be credited using text such as 'Photo taken by Richard's Photography®, used by permission.' |
| 9. I ask that the model meets all expenses involved in the shoot; therefore, I expect that they cover my travel expenses, location hire (for example, hotel room or dungeon) and any equipment hire that is part of the shoot (such as props). |
| 10. The shoot is FREE, so there is no requirement to pay me for my time; however, contributions towards the costs are welcomed to help with my ongoing costs such as insurance, software subscriptions and equipment maintenance, |
| 11. The client may pick up to twenty images from each shoot. These are then processed to a professional standard. |
| 12. Photos are typically ready about 2-4 weeks after they are selected and can be downloaded from a password-protected area of my website. These times are not guaranteed and may take longer. |
| 13. Extras such as prints, framed photographs and canvases are not included in the FREE offer but are available to purchase at favourable rates. |
