In June 2026, Richard and Jessica attended Sparkle to help out with studio-level photoshoots on the day. For a small fee, attendees could have their photos taken — with all proceeds going to Sparkle. The gallery reflects the wonderful mix of people we met on the day, including crossdressers, trans women, trans men and non-binary attendees.
The Sparkle Weekend is the UK's longest running celebration of trans lives, taking place from Friday 26th to Sunday 28th June in Sackville Gardens, Manchester. Our event is aimed at everyone who identifies as trans, non-binary and gender variant, and their friends, families and allies. All ages are welcome!
